Q: Where do your auctions take place?
A: Our auction house is on South Main Street, between West Jefferson and Jefferson, NC, across the parking lot from Tractor Supply. The same building houses one of our antique stores, Not Just Old. Our West Jefferson store, Antiques on Main, is just around the corner.
Q: Will I have a chance to look at the items in advance?
A: Yes, we always open the building for previews. For evening auctions, our previews happen from 11:00-5:00 the day of the auction. For daytime auctions, you can preview the inventory on the day prior.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items purchases in auction are yours and cannot be returned. Please inspect all items carefully before you bid on them. All items are sold as-is.
Q: Are there any fees associated with buying auction items, in addition to the amount bid?
A: Yes, a 10% auction processing fee will be added to the total price of anything you purchase at auction. In addition, we charge 7% North Carolina sales tax, and 5% if paying with a credit card.
